Returns & Exchanges

  • Merchandise should be returned within 14 days with original proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise MUST NOT be washed, worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Merchandise must be returned with appropriate packaging and tags.
  • Beachwear, accessories, and lingerie are a FINAL SALE.
  • Footwear must be unworn. Include the box in its original condition, and include duster bags.
  • The item will not be returned if it was discounted as part of a special sale and/or order.
  • All sale items are a FINAL SALE and are not refundable.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
Please follow these simple steps to ensure your package is returned safely or you can email us at customerservice@styleetoile.com if you have any questions or concerns.
  1. Make sure your return meets the policy previously stated. 
  2. Make sure the item does not fall under the swimwear and accessories category (jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags and bathing suits).
  3. Repackage your return securely in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.
  4. Please include a copy of the receipt.
  5. You must determine whether you want a return/exchange on the receipt included in the package. 
  6. Please keep the RETURN TRACKING NUMBER from the package you are returning to ensure the package is returned to us. We do not take responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

Returns & Processing Time:

Styleetoile.com is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred from a return. The customer must prepay all return shipping charges. We do not accept COD deliveries. However, we will give you a full refund on a credit card for the amount of the item purchased. If your package arrives at the distribution center within the 14 day time period, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. However, your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Styleetoile.com.

Once our distribution center has received your return we will refund your credit card in a timely fashion.  
 
Holiday Returns
As we all know, the holidays are always hectic which is why we have extended our return policy. All orders placed during 11/23-12/24 may be returned before 1/15. Returns are only accepted on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and with tags. Please review the return policy, as all of the final sale items will not be accepted during this time.   
 

Shipping & Handling

Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. For items that are on a wish list or not yet at our Distribution Center, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be provided and emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you access to the status of your delivery on www.UPS.com.

If you need further assistance on the status of your order, please contact 1(800)-833-9943. Please note that while UPS is always fast and reliable, the arrival time is not always guaranteed. However, if you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Next Day Air at an additional charge.

Undelivered Packages: Please allow 1-2 business days to fully process your order. Styleetoile.com ships via UPS. Generally, items are shipped on the next business day and have a transit of approximately 2 business days to major cities and 3 business days to rural locations. Orders selected for next-day shipping that is placed before 1:00pm ET will ship same day. However, if you select “next-day” on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until the following Monday. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.
